We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities, and we aim to obtain it directly from you whenever possible.

  • Direct interactions (e.g., phone calls, emails, or in-person visits to our office at Unit 3/29 Cinderella Drive, Springwood QLD 4127).

We do not disclose your information overseas unless explicitly authorized by you or necessary for your service delivery, in line with APP 8.

  • Ask us to correct any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated details.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law (e.g., NDIS record-keeping obligations). When no longer needed, we securely destroy or de-identify it in accordance with APP 11.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or our practices. The latest version will always be available on our website, effective as of the current date: April 2, 2025.
